Our CEO, Nikki Rogers, is responsible for cultivating company culture and aligning strategy with our priorities of Team, Clients, and Excellence. Nikki is an experienced management consultant who has worked across manufacturing, healthcare, and government contracting industries. She is a voracious reader and passionate traveler. Nikki earned a B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina A&T State University, and dual MBA and MHA degrees from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
Nikki completed the Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) program at Georgetown University and the Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Johns Hopkins University and is a Project Management Professional (PMP®). Nikki is a Leadership Fairfax alum and co-chair of the LFI Program Committee. She serves as a board director for Washington Improv Theater and on the advisory board of the UNC-CH Director Diversity Initiative (DDI).
